Holidays are honey, and I'm the bee
Yup. That's true alright! That's exactly how much I yearn for holidays and weekends nowadays. School's seriously killing me. I swear I could just fall into a deep sleep right now.
Watched the much awaited movie Mirrormask last friday. And boy, it was GOOD! The effects were stunning, and lots of the movie looked as if it was cut out from paper or something. Very creative and artistic. Typical Neil Gaiman storyline about the contrast between reality and fiction, about our world and another. But it still rocks! And last but not least, I loved the comical dialouge too. =))
Anyway, something good happened for a change yesterday. It was Labour Day! Honestly, I was ecstatic about the day itself but hey, it's a public holiday, so naturally, I was overjoyed. Spent the entire day at Sentosa with steph and her poly friends, tanning, swimming, playing captain's ball in the water. Steph and I had lunch at this cafe by the sea. We ordered mozzerella sticks, jalepeno peppers and chicken drumlets. Needless to say, the food tasted heavenly, and was definitely worth the price. And finally, I've got a tan! A rather mild one though *sulks*
Having such an eventful day yesterday, who wouldn't be exhausted? So yeah, I slept pretty well last night. Never thought that the fatigue would last till today, but it did. *smack*
Tried my best to concentrate in school today, and succeeded to a very small extent.
I'm at home now, and dozing off even as I'm typing this. Better get some rest before I fall asleep on the keyboard. Toodles!
Oh yeah, Best of luck to bridget, shiva and ignatious for the debates today!
