Why?

The main reason as to why this blog isn't active these few days is because I've got basically nothing good to write.

Unlike some, I'm selective of what I blog about. I've mentioned in one of my previous entries that blogs are forums of self-expression, similar to diaries. However, some of us tend to forget that unlike diaries, which can be kept private, blogs can be freely accessed by anyone. Firewalls and passwords can always be infiltrated, no matter how "fool proof" they are believed to be. As such, I feel that we should seriously watch our words, and not go around shooting off like a bunch of intelligence-starved idiots, just because we don't like something or someone. I mean, you'll give yourself and those around you unecessary inconveniences, just because you're suffering from diahorrea of self-expression. The side-effect is that you'll get constipation in the brain, and therefore, not think before you blog. It's sad how selfish ignorance can blind us from very obvious and logical things.

I'm not saying that self-expression should be completely restricted. I'm just saying that it should be practised with caution, especially on blogs.
