now this is really unexpected...

Two things:

1) Second entry of the day... Not a usual occurrence...

2) The casting was... Hmm... Let me put it this way... really unusual... It was for a Channel 8 show! Now don't laugh... I don't think I did as badly as most of you guys would have expected... I could read all the words, and knew what they meant (I asked a fellow interviewee about those I didn't know) Had to act out a scene where I was contemplating about buying a gift... So yeah... But I did screw up at the self-introduction, because it was supposed to be done in chinese! But in any case, I think the interviewers weren't that put off... They still asked a lot of questions... =)) Anyway, I really really want this job! Really! (And I'm making a point to improve on my spoken mandarin... I'm serious...)

Anyway, proceeded down to toa payoh for lit tuition in the evening... Now... I'm feeling slightly more confident about paper 1... But I'm not expecting too much...

Note to self: Bring along a chinese dictionary for the next casting (if there's any)
