Clubbing's dead?

The clubbing scene in genting is sooooo dead. I check out the safari disco yesterday evening. And check this, there was only a miserable live band playing. No one , and I mean NO ONE was dancing at all. What kind of a club is this man?! Seriously, they should expand the clubbing scene over here. At least open one or two NORMAL clubs.

Anyway, I'm going back to the busy world aka S'pore today. I'm gonna miss this place, as I always do when I leave it. It's a nostalgic thing, since I've been holidaying at genting since I was really young.

Speaking of nostalgia, CHRISTMAS is round the corner! My favourite festival of the year! Wooo! I can't wait!

Food's good!

Blogging at an unearthly hour of 8.30am (applicable during school holidays) at genting's cybercafe. Since it's 24 hours I was like 'what the heck! I'll just wake up early!' After all, i so can't survive without technology man. Typing this while I've got my ipod on playing The Saddest Song by The Ataris (don't ask me why. it just came on)

Trip's pretty good so far. Haven't seen anyone I know though, which is something different cause I always run into at least one familliar face over here.

I had ice-cream yesterday, and really really swell ice-cream at that. Lemon Mousse Cheesecake and Chocolate Mousse Royale. Mmmm, sweet surrender!

Oh, I think people love the number 10 a lot over here, cause almost everything's on 10% off! I'm gonna buy some stuff!

One thing I haven't done yet in the trip is to take pictures! Apart from a few snapshots in the room earlier, I haven't had much of a date with my cam yet.. Grr. Must remember.

Oh did I mention, the food over here rocks! Especially the stone grilled fare at Hot Rock located at the food court in First World Hotel. Yes! Cheer steph! We're talking about food! xD Well don't blame me, we don't see much stone grilled food in S'pore, except for two restaurants in katong and clarke quay. Moreover, it's pretty cheap. Around 6 bucks for a complete meal! Wooo!

All this talk about food is making me hungry! I'll be having brunch with my brother in a while. Haha. Till then, I'm gonna think about all the good food I can think of. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

P.S: Steph, you are dearly missed. Dammit, wish you were here. Hope everything's fine on your side.

Lots to say!

I'm in GENTING now! First time this year if I've recalled correctly. And updating my blog to pass time at the cybercafe. Well, I won't have much time left very soon, once diploma lessons start and school re-opens...

I've been clubbing every now and then these days, and let me tel you, it's one heck of a way to relieve stress! You just go in and dance from the later part of dusk until dawn the next day and you'll get what I mean. Whew! The Levi's Party at MOS on friday was a blast! Went there with chin ming to celebrate his 18th birthday, and to introduce him to the many wonders of clubbing. Haha. Well, they had lots of stuff going on, and I even received a free voodoo doll-like thing from an artist featured over there when I made friends with him. =)) The door gift's also kinda cool. It's this little levi's pouch. Quite feminine, but who cares! It's CUTE!

Clubbing's cool! As long as you don't get adicted. Gosh, I've gotta keep reminding myself of that.

I've been very sinful lately. You know, drinking, slacking,etc. I know there are those out there who'd wanna damn me to hell, and others who would wanna SLAP MY FACE for the things I say/do/believe in. But hey, it's the holidays man! Give me a break!

The first day in genting/KL was pretty okay. Bought some stuff: a shirt from Topman, a lit guidebook, etc. Then returned to genting in the evening, which I've been at ever since.

This has gotta be one of my very-much-longer-than-usual posts!

I miss steph! A great deal. Hope she's doing fine back home in S'pore.

the long-awaited update

I bet you guys have been waiting for this for like forever, so cheer, cause it's finally here!

For starters, I'm actually loving my life now. Reason's simple, cause it's the (official, for me) holidays! Went clubbing at Momo last friday with the usual lot: Gerrie, Bridget, Bin Hong, and some of Gerrie's friends. It was exhilarating! I wanna go clubbing again!

Better enjoy myself all I can before the 11th of December, cause that's when the (more) busy life
starts again, with the diploma program and all that. *sigh*

I've also begun to watch movies, after a long absence from doing so. Watched Happy Feet with steph last friday. The penguins are so cute!

The promotional exams start tomorrow, and as usual, I'm feeling very jittery. WHy is it then whenever I feel really afraid, it has to do with studies 99 PERCENT OF THE TIME?! This is really dumb. Apart from being the last exams of the year, they could also be the last exams I'll ever take in MI if I don't bloody hell make it. I screwed lit paper 8 during the mid-years, and if that (or something worse) jolly well happens, I can kiss my life in MI goodbye, cause there's no retaining for this year's batch, due to the new syallabus.

This is one of the few times in my life where I'm feeling really angsty. But I can most likely predict the next one. When I receive my results and realise that I don't make it. So yeah.
